A 60-unit, ten story 1913 office building converted to vacation ownership property in San Diego's Gaslamp District. The units range from studios to two-bedroom suites. Amenities include a roof-top deck with outdoor spa, conference rooms and lounge areas.


A 78-unit, two and three story, vacation ownership resort developed adjacent to a high-end hotel and golf complex in Carlsbad. The units include one- and two-bedroom suites all with full kitchens. Amenities include a clubhouse with a recreation room, reception area and administrative offices; a snack bar and gift shop/delicatessen building; a pool complex featuring outdoor pool, spa, kiddy pool, playground area and pool house with exercise and locker room facilities.


A 638-unit, two story, Southwestern-styled vacation ownership resort in Palm Desert. The units are configured as two-bedroom suites with full kitchen and a lock-off studio. Amenities include two clubhouses each with exercise room, kitchen and gift shop/delicatessen, seven large pool complexes each with outdoor pool, spa, kiddy pool and pool houses.


A 600-unit common interest development in Torrance. The units are of both attached and detached configurations in one- and two- story buildings developed around a nine hole executive golf course. Amenities include a clubhouse with recreation rooms, theater and meeting rooms and a sports complex with exercise facility and saunas as well as two pool complexes each with outdoor pool and spa.
